How do I participate in the Grid Finder Goodwood Livery Competition?

You can use any sim racing platform and any car for your entry — just make sure your livery is a replica livery from a vintage car that’s appeared at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, past or present. This could be a historic prototype, a classic sports car or anything in between! Following the Masters Historic Racing format, liveries must be inspired by a car from 2016 or before!

To enter:

Create a Grid Finder account and log in.
Go to View Profile.
Select Livery Profile on the left and create a Livery account (if you haven’t already).
Click Upload Livery.
Upload your livery files in the correct game section.
Make sure your account is Active and use the hashtag #GridFinderGoodwood in the livery name.

To view your submission, head to the Grid Finder Livery Marketplace, choose your game, then select your car model. Your design will appear publicly for the community and judges to enjoy! If you don’t see your game or need help, join us in the Discord server — we’re here to help.

Judging Criteria:

Creativity & Uniqueness – How bold and original is your tribute to Goodwood’s motorsport legacy?
Theme Representation – Does it reflect the spirit of the Festival of Speed — history, innovation, or outrageous speed?
Visual Impact – Does it turn heads on the virtual hillclimb?
