Esports Racing Canada is running a four-week, participation-based giveaway to give away a Moza R5 wheelbase, generously donated by a longtime community member. The goal is twofold: reward active community participation, and get more Canadian sim racers warmed up and on the radar ahead of the FIA Esports European Hill Climb Cup qualifiers, which begins August 20, 2026.
The giveaway uses the same free car/track combo as the FIA qualifiers — the Judd 134 on the RaceRoom Hillclimb track — so participants are effectively training for the official event while competing for the wheelbase.
HOW TO ENTER / SCORING
In Single Player Mode, select Single Event mode and chose the Judd 134 and RaceRoom Hillclimb "Full Run" at Noon with Clear Clouds, any physics model allowed.
Complete the hillclimb and then add me on RaceRoom being "Matt DeRocco" (poppy avatar) so that I can register your time on the leaderboard.
Entries are tracked via the RaceRoom leaderboard for the Judd 134 / RaceRoom Hillclimb combo over the full competition period:
- 1 entry — for each valid pass/lap submitted, > P10 on the leaderboard
- 2 entries — for reaching a top 10 lap time on the leaderboard
- 3 entries — for reaching a top 5 lap time on the leaderboard
- 5 entries — 1st overall in the competition
Entries accumulate over the full four weeks. The leaderboard is not reset weekly — it runs continuously for the entire competition period.
ELIGIBILITY
- Open to participants in Canada and the continental United States (shipping is limited to North America based on the donor's arrangement)
- One entry account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be disqualified
- Entries are non-transferable
PRIZE
One (1) Moza R5 wheelbase, shipped at no cost to the winner (shipping covered by the donor). This giveaway is subject to the donor's terms, including shipping availability and eligibility restrictions.
